Short Sale Assistant
Lets face it, Short Sales can be tricky and time consuming. Your Actual Assistant can help you!
We have the experience and the time to follow up with all your short sales. Your Short Sale Assistant is proficient in Equator (short sale bank program) and will follow up by e-mail or by phone with all of the daily tasks assigned by the bank and then update you and Equator. Your Assistant will further compile all of the updates and forward them to the appropriate person.
What is needed in order to have your Short Sale Assistant assist you with short sales?
Step One: Simply scan all the documents to Actual Assistant and we will take it from there. We will input everything and then let you know what the next step is.
Step Two: Your Actual Assistant will need to be added to your bank authorization form in order to speak (but not negotiate) on your behalf to the bank representative.
What is the cost?
$200 per short sale. $100 (nonrefundable) when client documents are sent and $100 at closing.
What if it doesn’t close?
You do not pay the closing fee of $100 until a transaction closes. New buyers would begin a new transaction but we will take 10% off of the initial fee to send in the new paperwork and begin the process again.
